OTC works to ensure the translation and transfer of novel NCH technologies into the public sector so they can have their maximum impact on pediatric healthcare. What you will do: * The Revenue Analyst is responsible for the financial obligations as they relate to revenue (and a limited amount of expenses) of the office, including invoicing, reconciliation of accounts, and distributions. A Place to Be Proud.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:Reviews executed licensing agreements as well as other related documents and enters all financial obligations into the database; works with licensing team to invoice licensees in a timely manner for all obligations not related to legal fees, obtaining the appropriate POs as necessary.Prepares high level and often complicated distribution calculations, reviews with and obtains approval from licensing team and any additional approvals as needed, works with others to process distributions to internal and external parties including obtaining all necessary paperwork and signatures.Keeps organized and reviews distributions in real time.Creates and sends monthly reports to Accounting Department to record receivables.Coordinates with accounting to manage and collect aged receivables.Works with Finance Coordinator to manage receipt of legal fee invoices from outside counsel, directs and oversees review by IP Coordinators and any necessary revisions from counsel, passes onto Finance Coordinator for payment.Confirms payables with Accounting Department on a weekly basis.Manages the reporting of revenue for the office.Works with the Operations and Business Manager to reconcile accounts on regular basis.Invites process change with Institute's onboarding of new Workflow platform to replace Lawson for Accounting purposes; is innovative in helping to create new process for working with the Institute's Accounting Department.Assists with special projects enabling new efficiencies for OTC financial activities, including b
