Kelly Services is Hiring Quality Control Inspectors for a leading Manufacturer of electrical wiring products.

　　Location: Carson, CA

　　Schedule: 1st Shift: Mon- Friday. 6:00 am-2:30 pm

　　Hourly Compensation: 18.00-19.00 per hour

　　Temp -to-Hire!

　　Quality Inspector who can ensure that all products meet the quality standards and uphold the safety policies our company has created and developed. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing physical and electronic testing on finished product to ensure that customer specifications are being met and company quality standards are followed. Previous experience with inspection in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

　　Position Duties and Responsibilities

　　Ensures that the product produced meets the customer's required specifications and established company standards.

　　Responds to priorities and daily requirements within the department.

　　Conducts a variety of inspection and tests on finished products.

　　Ensures that all quality check procedures put in place by the company are followed.

　　Completes documentation thoroughly and efficiently.

　　Lift between 30-50 lbs. throughout the day.

　　Use a respool machine to respool the finished product.

　　Can work in a manufacturing environment.

　　Position Requirements

　　Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

　　Experience: Experience in a low volume-high mix manufacturing environment.

　　Experience in, cable and wire industry, manufacturing, and other low volume-high mix environments is a plus.

　　Knowledge: Knowledge of measurement and test equipment such as caliper, micrometers, and multi-meter, a plus.

　　Skills: Verbal, written and listening communication skills. Problem solving, and Organization.

　　Abilities: Organize and prioritize work and make appropriate decisions.

　　Read instructions, procedures, and drawings.

　　Work effectively as a team member and independently

　　Provide and accept constructive criticism.

　　Work under frequently changing priorities and deadlines.

　　Maintain mental concentration for prolonged periods of time to complete tasks.

　　Feel, hear, and see detail features and characteristics for inspection.

　　Maintain reliable attendance for continuity in performance of job duties.

　　Ability to lift 20 – 50 pounds.
