  Work Schedule and Additional Information:Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per weekWork hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch. Work hours may change due to operational needs.Travel may be required as operationally neededSalary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.You will receive further communication regarding this position via email. Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.  REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience and Training Requirements:Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1; orFour years of experience in building and plant maintenance work, which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; orAny equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities.Necessary Special Requirement:

  Possession of a valid PA non - commercial Class C driver's license or equivalent.Additional Requirements:

  You must be able to report to Middletown, Pennsylvania to complete job duties.You must be able to perform essential job functions.

  Preferred Qualifications (not required):Completion of formal training in a skilled building, electrical, or mechanical tradeExperience in building and plant maintenance work involving at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical tradesExperience in commercial carpentryExperience in the plumbing tradeExperience working in the electrical trade fieldExperience working in the maintenance and repair of refrigeration and/or HVAC systemsExperience in commercial maintenance of buildings and equipmentExperience with 3-phase wiring to include emergency generators, Automatic Transfer Switches, switch gears and 3-phase panelsExperience with domestic hot water mixing valves, recirculating loops, aqua stats, and instantaneous water heatersExperience with the provisions of Life Safety Codes and Uniform Construction Code (UCC), relating to the repair of buildingsStructural experience in the maintenance or repair of buildings.
