　　The Bandag tire retread and repair process is known as the best in the industry. Retread technicians are trained and certified to use state of the art equipment. The quality product we produce is used by some of the largest trucking fleets in the USA.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Inspection

　　Buffing

　　Skive

　　Repair

　　Extrude

　　Build

　　Cure

　　Final Inspection

　　Observing and complying with all safety guidelines and policies.

　　Any other duties requested by management.

　　Requirements:

　　Ability to work in a fast paced environment

　　Strong attention to detail

　　Capable of using a computer

　　Basic math skills

　　Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
