　　Pay

　　Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $49500 - $66800 / year

　　In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. 　　Responsibilities

　　Support management in overseeing the Team Store, portable locations, sales and team members

　　Manage in-store merchandising and display to ensure maximum visual impact and revenue generation

　　Monitor in-stock position of approved merchandise programs and inventory control at store level to ensure procedural and policy compliance

　　Implement retail programs for stores to meet corporate standards and achieve goals

　　Participate in product development

　　Qualifications

　　Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience

　　Knowledge of merchandising techniques and retail operations

　　Ability to train and develop team members

　　Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

　　Minimum of 1 year of retail operations management experience preferred

　　No degree required

　　Physical Requirements

　　Frequent standing, bending, lifting, walking

　　Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
