This Position is for a Call Center Associate with a work location in Oxford, MS.
Job Description:
Looking to for Customer Care Representatives that will be the liaison between mortgage company partners and their current customers. The successful candidate will accept ownership for effectively fielding questions, solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Hiring for the shift: 10am - 7pm M-F.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent is acceptable
2+ Years previous experience in a customer support role preferred but not required
Track record of over-achieving quotas while completing tasks within guidelines
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Strong MS Office skill/computer literacy and typing ability of 35wpm
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Advances problem-solving skills while remaining flexible when adapting to change
Ability to be comfortable sitting for long periods of time while wearing a headset most of a work shift
