The Embassy Suites South Bend at Notre Dame is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join our talented team!

　　With a prime location across the street from the University of Notre Dame, this property has 165 rooms, our complimentary breakfast and evening reception, Traditions Restaurant and Bar, and 8,000 square feet in banquet space.

　　We are seeking an energetic individual who is career driven, with a positive approach to hospitality. In this role, you will assist in the execution and leadership of our restaurant and evening reception.

　　At least 6 months of Food & Beverage experience required. At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

　　What will I be doing?

　　As a Restaurant Supervisor , you would be responsible for assisting management in the direction and administration of a restaurant in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

　　Supervise, support, schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members in all restaurant activities and operationsMonitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performanceSupport and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaintsEnsure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standardsManage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordinglyAssist in monitoring inventory and inventory controlWhat are the benefits of working for Hilton?
