BHI is in search of an General Construction Estimator who is a well-rounded general contracting estimator with extensive knowledge in vertical, commercial construction. This estimator will manage projects from initial customer/business development contact to the final job setup. They will assist with project buy out and set the groundwork for the operations team to execute according to the estimate. This is not a remote position. This position will be located in Ogden, Utah or Vernal, Utah.

　　QUALIFICATIONS FOR A GENERAL CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR

　　Extensive experience estimating projects in general contracting

　　Electronic take-off and estimating software experience

　　Strong leadership and customer service skills

　　Past experience specific to commercial general construction

　　A degree in construction management and extensive estimating experience is preferred but multiple factors will be taken into consideration.
