　　We are looking for an enthusiastic Restaurant & Bar Supervisor wanting to deliver first-class restaurant experience at the world leading hospitality company Portsmouth Marriott Hotel. Located near famous landmarks such as the Spinnaker Tower has a range of amenities including: Cast Iron Bar & Grill, our signature restaurant and fitness centre.

　　As a Restaurant & Bar Supervisor you will be required to;

　　Support in making memories for our banquet, conferences and wedding guests.

　　Work enthusiastically as a member of Food and Beverage Team.

　　Utilise interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others;

　　Lead shifts and Serves as a role model and drive training & development for the team

　　Works to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing the financial performance in all areas of responsibility.

　　Supervise all Food and Beverage operation areas to ensure a consistent, high quality product is produce

　　Ensures compliance with all Food & Beverage policies, standards and procedures.

　　Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with the rest of the hotel team.
