Job Title: CNC Machinist

Pay Rate : Up to 25$/hour

2nd shift opening: Mon-Fri 3:30pm-12am

Job Description

As a CNC Machinist, you will be operating computer-controlled machines to perform one or more machine functions required to produce customer orders. Your reliability and accuracy are essential to our success. You will be responsible for setting up and operating automated CNC Vertical and horizontal machines, performing daily checks on assigned machines, interpreting product blueprints, drawings, sketches, and other work instructions, and also assisting in training new operators.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 5 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Wichita, Kansas.

Work Environment

You will be working in a CNC Machine Shop, exposed to conditions that may vary significantly. These conditions include excessive noise (hearing protection required), dust, smoke, mist, fumes/vapors regularly, and extreme temperatures occasionally. You will be dealing with hazardous equipment including forklifts, hand tools, cranes or other lifting devices, and other equipment used in a machine shop environment continually. The use of PPE, including hearing protection, eye and hand protection, and use of safety footwear is required.
