　　Provides evaluation of and care for respiratory therapy patients. Administers prescribed respiratory therapeutic services.

　　MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:1. Registry eligible according to National Board for Respiratory Care.Must meet all registered requirements within one year of employment2. Licensed by West Virginia Board of Respiratory Care as a Licensed Respiratory Therapist - Registered (LRTR), or applicable state where services will be performed, or temporary license, if permitted by state regulations.3. Obtain certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire date.4. ACLS, PALS, and NRP may be required within 30 days of hire based on local hospital requirements. Please reference the list below for local hospital requirements:- BARNS: ACLS- BMC: ACLS, PALS, and NRP within 6 months of hire- CCMC: ACLS if working in Cardiac Pulmonary Rehab- GRMC: ACLS- HARR: ACLS- JMC: ACLS, PALS, and NRP within 6 months of hire- PCH: ACLS, PALS, NRP, and STABLE- PVH: ACLS- RMH: NRP- UHC: ACLS- UNTWN: ACLS
