  The 737 Airplane Level Integration Team (ALIT) is responsible for enabling effective and efficient incorporation of authorized engineering changes into the production system by developing, integrating, publishing, and maintaining the Engineering statement of work. You will support the commitment of engineering change required for airplane delivery.

  This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Renton, WA.

  Position Responsibilities:

  Supports experienced personnel in the maintenance and development of product structure definition. Gathers data from identified sources and reviews data for missing information and accuracy. Supports the configuration of verification audits.

  Identifies tool enhancements. Gathers established metrics to support continuous process improvement.

  Coordinates integration changes to maintain product configuration control and traceability of authorized changes and variances.

  Supports more experienced personnel in generation of product configuration data required for certifications and flight clearance notices.

  Processes variances associated with non-compliant products in order to satisfy product integrity and customer requirements.

  Collects and organizes data to support business decisions. Participates in summarizing findings, developing conclusions and recommendations to develop product offerings.

  Works under general supervision.

  This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

  Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  Associate’s degree or higher

  Familiar with Microsoft/ Adobe

  Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

  Solid communication skillsTypical Education/Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor, 3 years' related work experience, etc.).

  Relocation: Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live within the immediate are or relocate at their own expense.

  Shift: This position is 1st shift.

  Union : This is a union represented position.

  Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations

  Summary Pay Range Associate Level 2 : $62,900-$85,100
