　　How you make a difference

　　The Residential Services Coordinator Supervisor supervises the work of Residential Services Coordinators. This position ensures that the Residential Services Coordinators follow all policies and procedures.

　　Key Responsibilities

　　The Residential Services Coordinator Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the safety, security, and operations of the facility and supervising Residential Services Coordinators during their shift.

　　Ensures compliance with Wellpath, State Department of Correction's Policies, Wellpath Rules/Regulations, and applicable state laws regarding safety and security operations.

　　Supervises and monitors Residential Services Coordinators' performance, including staff attendance, patient care, work schedules, duty assignments, evaluations, safety/security inspections, key and tool control, and emergency response.

　　Provides training and supervision to Residential Services Coordinators to carry out their assigned duties effectively and in accordance with corporate and facility policies.

　　Collaborates with the Safety Director, contributes to treatment plans, engages with patients, performs rounds and wellness checks, controls access points, monitors patient climate, writes reports, oversees medication distribution, and ensures a safe environment for patients.

　　Qualifications & Requirements

　　Education

　　High school diploma or equivalent required.

　　Associate’s Degree accepted as 1 year of experience

　　Bachelor’s Degree accepted as 2 years of experience

　　Experience

　　Must be at least 19 years of age.

　　Prior work experience with psychiatric patients or persons with a substance abuse disorder in a hospital or secure mental health/substance abuse treatment setting preferred, with a focus on patient safety.

　　Must be willing to participate in extensive, ongoing training regarding serious mental illness, de-escalation and intervention techniques, core strategies, patient safety and trauma-informed care.
