  ROLE BRIEF

  We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Client Onboarding Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding experience for new clients for several Spectrum.Life products and services. They will provide support and guidance throughout the Onboarding process and manage client relationships through to handover. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple small- and large-scale projects simultaneously.

  The role requires a skilled combination of operational ability and thinking, as well as strong client facing relationship management to accompany them through the onboarding journey with us. You will work in our Implementation Team and alongside our stakeholders in various departments, to support business wins and be accountable for the end-to-end client onboarding process. As a Client Onboarding Executive, you will be the main point of contact for new clients using Spectrum.Life services, helping to onboard the Client successfully throughout various strands of the business. You will also be responsible for taking ownership of new or newly repurposed wellbeing products, ensuring all correct internal and external stakeholders are aware and involved from the start to the deployment of the product. The successful candidate will be focused on success in the following areas and absorb the following responsibilities:

  RESPONSIBILITIES:

  · Work closely with the New Business team to understand client needs and preferences and ensure that all onboarding activities are tailored to meet these requirements.

  · Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and accurate, and clients are fully educated on our products and services.

  · Ensuring that client onboarding files have been created and are up to date in line with standard operating procedures.

  · Provide ongoing support to clients, responding to questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  · Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, account management, operations, and marketing, to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients.

  · Delivery of services and product demos.

  · Service delivery planning and coordination. Responsible for coordination of teams in the rollout of new and existing wellbeing products.

  · Identify opportunities to improve the onboarding process, and work to implement changes that enhance the client experience.

  DESIRABLE:

  · At least 2 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in onboarding, account management, or

  customer service.

  · Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

  · Effective Time Management

  · Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions.

  · Technically savvy and experience using Salesforce is a plus.

  · Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  · Client Oriented and Relationship Development

  · Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills.
