　　Description

　　The Residential Program Manager (RPM) is responsible for the health, safety and well-being of assigned residents, as well as providing supervision and direction to house staff. He/she is responsible for assisting the Residential Coordinator with all house and resident monies and oversight of house and property maintenance.

　　Patterson 311 is a spacious cozy 6 bedroom home with 6 amazing elderly individuals. Staff who work at this residence will assist and encourage these individuals with their everyday goals and daily life skills.

　　Responsibilities for this seasoned manager include supervising staff and assuring that plans of care are followed for the individuals we support.

　　The Arc Mid-Hudson offers an informative new hire orientation in a comfortable learning environment. We also provide additional development opportunities for our management staff.

　　HOURS: 40 hours weekly - Sunday through Thursday 11a-7p and must be flexible with days & hours based on program needs

　　Starting Salary: $58,500.00 annually

　　Minimum Requirements

　　Bachelors degree preferred

　　Supervisory experience

　　Computer skills

　　Acceptable NYS Driver's license
