　　Manage customer service interactions by providing accurate and efficient resolution to incoming requests via phone, email, and/or the client's online portal

　　Meet all service level agreements as assigned

　　Utilize and manage appropriate ERP business systems

　　Position Requirements:

　　Must be at least 18 years old - HS Diploma or GED

　　6+ months of customer service, experience in a fast paced, collaborative, team environment

　　MS Outlook & Excel experience.

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

　　PO Management experience preferred but not required.
