　　Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and hourly wages ranging from $21.32 to $27 per hour. Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.We are looking for a Resident Assistant to join senior care & living team! This position is responsible for providing personal care, medication administration and designated health-related services to enhance and/or maintain the residents’ physical and emotional wellbeing. This caregiver schedule includes;

　　32 hours every two weeks

　　Part time, day short shifts; 6 :15 A M - 11:30 AM

　　Includes every other weekend and holiday rotation

　　Responsibilities/Job Description

　　Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to: bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts.

　　Under direction of Nurse, provides health related services as needed such as; passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse.

　　May perform duties that include: laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities.

　　Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff

　　Serves as a mandated reporter and reports any concerns regarding potential mistreatment

　　Assists with onboarding of new staff

　　Qualifications

　　Required:

　　Must be 18 years of age or CNA certification required if under 18

　　Excellent customer service skills and proficiency, teamwork and positive demeanor

　　Desire to work with seniors

　　Ability to interact compassionately and communicate effectively with residents and staff

　　Preferred:

　　High School diploma or GED

　　Completion of a formal CNA or HHA course

　　Previous caretaking experience
