PositionOverview The Market Access Operations Senior Manager will be responsiblefor managing operations and providing program support for the MarketAccess Strategy team on Precision Oncology and/or Pipeline programs forthe enterprise. This role works with Market Access Strategy leads toprovide operational and strategic planning support. The individual inthis role is responsible for providing problem solving, analytical, andother program and project management support for key initiatives relatedto reimbursement and product portfolio access. Essential Duties Include,but are not limited to, the following: Build and maintain relationshipswith key Market Access and commercial stakeholders. Oversee majoroperational activities in partnership with Market Access Strategyleadership. Lead cross-functional teams directly and/or indirectly todeliver solutions while managing scope, risks, timeline, resources, andproject deliverables. Work with key stakeholders to identify improvementopportunities to define requirements for new or updated processes and todrive effective change. Liaise with finance business partners and MarketAccess Strategy leaders to manage the budget, accruals, and annual andquarterly forecasts. Serves as support for Managed Markets Strategy,Market Access, and Pricing/Contracting under Market Access Strategylead(s). Collaborate with Strategy team and Account Managers to supportdevelopment of materials for payers to drive coverage and contractingand materials to maximize provider targeting, messaging, and pullthrough of contract \"wins.\" Apply effective written and oralcommunication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization.Ability to effectively influence cross-functional partners at all levelsof the organization.
