　　Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with benefits and hourly wages ranging from $20.90 - $26.00 per hour. Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

　　Additional pay when working evening/overnight shifts!

　　We are looking for a Resident Assistant whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the senior residents’ physical and emotional well-being for our vibrant and busy assisted living in Burnsville, MN.

　　This caregiver schedule includes;

　　.9 FTE or 72 hours per two weeks

　　Night Shift

　　Every other weekend

　　Arbors at Ridges Assisted Living is located on the Ebenezer Ridges Burnsville Campus near Fairview Ridges Hospital, county road 42, and the split of Highway 35 and 35 E in Burnsville, MN . Arbors at Ridges offers 62 breathtaking apartments. We have a well-established community with warm residents, and a dedicated and seasoned staff! 　　Responsibilities/Job Description

　　Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to: bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts.

　　Under direction of Nurse, provides health related services as needed such as; passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse.

　　May perform duties that include: laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities.

　　Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff

　　Assists with onboarding of new staff

　　Qualifications

　　Required Skills:

　　Ability to communicate effectively, with compassion and kindness for residents and coworkers while working in a team setting.

　　Curiosity to work with a diverse and older population

　　CNA certificated if under 18

　　Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:

　　High School diploma or GED or completion of a formal NA or HHA courseNeed help finding the right job?
