　　About the Team

　　The AI Science team is dedicated to advancing Federated AI breakthroughs and optimizing Large Language Model (LLM) training and alignments. Their goal is to deliver a high-quality and cost-effective AI stack.

　　Responsibilities

　　Developing and refining AI models, algorithms, and techniques to solve complex business challenges.

　　Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align research findings with business needs.

　　Leveraging the latest advancements in AI research to contribute fresh ideas to our projects.

　　Designing, executing, and evaluating AI models for real-world applicability through experiments and prototypes.

　　Communicating technical concepts clearly in team discussions and presentations for technical and nontechnical audiences.

　　Fostering growth in AI research community by contributing to research papers for conferences and journals.

　　Receiving mentorship and providing insights drive innovation with experienced researchers and team members.

　　What we’re looking for

　　Possess a PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning or related field in progress or completed.

　　Demonstrate AI dedication through sharing academic or personal AI projects and enthusiasm for new possibilities.

　　Be published in top AI conferences/journals like ICML, ICLR, NeurIPS, AAAI, IJCAI, ACL, EMNLP.

　　Be proficient in Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch and have a solid foundation in AI research.

　　Demonstrate willingness to contribute new ideas and work effectively in a team environment.

　　Display problem-solving skills and creativity in approaching research challenges with critical thinking.

　　Be able to work in a dynamic and cooperative team environment. Be able to effectively share ideas and insights with various audiences through impressive communication skills.

　　Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

　　Minimum:

　　$137,500.00 USD

　　Maximum:

　　$220,000.00 USD

　　In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
