　　2+ years of Clinical Research experience (Project Manager, Clinical Research Coordinator)

　　Strong Study Start-Up Experience

　　Experience with Process Improvements

　　Strong Communication and Cross-Functional Skills

　　Responsibilities:

　　Assures that all staff members receive superior, coordinated training and education in the field of human research, from on-boarding through all career phases.

　　Drive service excellence through a program of continuous quality improvement focused on research subject safety, critical processes, protocol & regulatory adherence, and data integrity.

　　Interact with different teams within the organization - talking to all study teams, discussing study analysis, meeting with finance individuals, etc.
