About This Role:
The Kansas State Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory (KSVDL) within theCollege of Veterinary Medicine is seeking applicants for a full-timetemporary Research Assistant position. The person in this position willconduct multiple aspects of serum neutralization testing for rabiesantibody serology through preparation of samples and paperwork,performing the assay, interpretation of results, data entry andverification of results, identifying and providing appropriate guidanceto meet client needs, questions and concerns. The person will alsocoordinate contact with clients to address problem submission and liaisebetween teams internally to resolve any issues related to submissions.Cross training on additional rabies laboratory assays will also be apriority.

What You\'ll Need to Succeed:
Minimum Qualifications:
Requires a bachelor\'s degree.Preferred Qualifications:
A Bachelor\'s degree in Biology or related study including healthcommunications.Competent computer skills including word processing, databases,spreadsheets and data entry.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Previous experience in preparation and review of regulatoryveterinary documents related to pet transport / travel.Other Requirements:
