Job Description
Account Supervisors actively manage individual client relationships and tracks of work. They are self-directed and pull in the appropriate help as needed. They are skilled at listening for cues and engaging appropriately to improve situations. Carrying out projects to completion successfully, requires the ability to influence the actions of the collective team and ensuring client satisfaction at all stages.
Responsibilities:
Manages day to day communications and relationships with clients; prioritizes & sets expectations on deliverables.
Demonstrates bigger picture understanding of client's marketing strategy and communicates how current audience and data insights/tactics associate with longer-term strategy objectives.
Anticipates client questions and thinks through answers/solutions; handles client escalations.
Always thinking about how we can better serve clients and grow their business.
Develops presentations and other materials needed for client meetings.
Partners with Project Management to monitor and direct as necessary the day-to-day project flow; prioritizes and sets expectations on deliverables.
Provides clear and timely direction to all other agency departments and external partners (e.g., Campaign Management, Strategy, Audience, Data, Creative, Development).
Assists in development and review of creative briefs ensuring they ladder up to client objectives.
Partners with Analytics team to identify business questions to be answered in analytic reports; reviews and provides input on reports prior to client presentation.
Supports billing and financial reconciliation activities.
Qualifications
5+ years of work experience; digital agency experience preferred.
Email, CRM, or digital creative asset experience required.
Well-versed in project management; proficiency with Smartsheet preferred.
Microsoft Office proficiency required, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Competent in establishing and nurturing client relationships.
Able to actively foster relationships with peers, external stakeholders, and surrounding leadership and drive team alignment around a set of goals.
Able to advocate on behalf of the team and agency recommendations.
Ability to direct, review and translate post program data analytics.

Compensation Range: $58,500 - $92,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
