  EMEA Machine Vision Sales team is expanding! We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Channel Account Manager to join our dynamic team

  As part of the Machine Vision Sales organization as a Senior Channel Account Manager you will take ownership

  of pan European partners across the territory, to develop and execute sales strategy for assigned account(s) and develop strong relationships with key channel contacts and leverage to Zebra's advantage and you will utilize sponsorships, marketing initiatives to promote partnership and improve Zebra business within the channel.

  Responsibilities:

  Plans and executes new solution launches within channel and delivers high impact sales presentations and product training

  Develops and executes sales strategies with minimal input from manager for a higher level of financial responsibility

  Proactively sells solutions encompassing a wider range of products or services

  Partners with channel to develop and co-execute high impact launches, co-marketing campaigns, etc. to improve business for both

  Develops channel approaches and tools which will be used by others in similar situations

  May be responsible for indirectly managing or influencing the Account Reps supporting the channel/customer and service and supply chain related to the channel

  Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our machine vision product portfolio, staying abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.Regularly analyze sales performance data and implement corrective actions as needed to meet and exceed sales targets

  Utilize market insights to recommend adjustments to sales and marketing strategies

  Qualifications:

  5+ years of experience selling machine vision or automation solutions

  5+ years of applicable partner (i.e. channel, distributor, system integrator, etc) management sales experience required

  Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

  Proven experience in channel management, with a focus on machine vision or related technology products.

  Strong understanding of machine vision technologies and applications.

  Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through effective channel partnerships.

  Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.

  Willingness to travel as needed.

  Bachelor degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Systems, and/or Software engineering is an advantage
