　　Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated career and customer-oriented Research & Analysis Lead III in Lancaster, CA. Please note that while this position does sit in CA, the work can be done from any ManTech approved facility in the United States.

　　The Research & Analysis Lead’s primary function is to manage resources within budget and scope constraints to perform technology research, analysis of alternatives, and selection of SMEs to provide services to NSIN and the NSIN mission partners. This is a senior role charged with oversight of IT research to ultimately deliver optimal services to NSIN and its mission partners.

　　Performance shall include:

　　Track project progress, manage project risks, and manage deliverable quality to increase a project’s probability of success.

　　Lead efforts to find and interview SMEs, participates in their selection, and identifies criteria for selection of teammates to participate in projects focused on emerging mission technologies.

　　Oversee the quality of all deliverables, to include Innovation Recommendation Reports (IRR), IRR presentations, technology demonstrations, inputs to TDP development, and Project Kick-Off Meetings, coordinating with participants in user experience research and stakeholder engagements.

　　Supervise and mentor subordinate project and team ManTech staff.

　　Required Education and Experience:

　　A Bachelor's degree in STEM or related discipline plus 5 or more years of experience leading MBSE and DoDAF efforts, systems engineering for complex IT, C6ISR , or other complex defense efforts. Experienced leader of systems engineering professionals with success in complex environments.

　　A High School Diploma and 13 years of experience or an Associates and 11 years of experience will be accepted in lieu of a Degree.

　　A candidate holding a relevant Master’s degree may be granted 2 years’ experience credit for that extra education. A candidate holding a relevant PhD degree may be granted 4 years’ experience credit for that extra education.

　　Desired Education and Experience:

　　Master’s degree. 3 or more years of experience with R&D Project Management or Innovation & Technology Management. 3 or more years of experience, training, and/or certifications in Design Thinking, User Experience Design, or other Design methods or teams.Security Clearance:

　　Current Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility

　　Eligibility for access to Special Access Program Information

　　Physical Requirements:

　　Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

　　Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

　　Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

　　Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

　　Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

　　The projected compensation range for this position is $110,800-$185,500. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
