Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Office, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)

Job Description:

Responsible for the maintenance and management of public facilities including buildings, water, electricity, fire fighting, gas, elevator, HVAC and VOC, etc.;

Develop the maintenance plan for public facilities in accordance with GMP standards and ensure implementation;

Responsible for IQ, OQ, PQ protocols and implementation of all facilities, such as HVAC system, BMS, CDA.

Develop maintenance SOPs for public facilities, meet GDP standards and regulations, and supervise its implementation;

Supervise third-party on-site maintenance and construction to ensure safety and quality compliance;

Instruct the maintenance technicians to efficiently and safely perform maintenance and repair work on facilities, supervise and manage daily operations;

Deliver effective training to technicians and operators;

Spare parts management and keep safety stock and records;

Energy consumption statistics, maintenance record management,;

Participate in and support internal and external audits, and implement corrective action for audit findings if necessary;

Responsible for maintaining the overall layout of the plant and process drawings, basic design and planning capability of the new layout requirements;

Identify the safety risk and figure out mitigation solution;

Emergency response and handling of emergency incidents in factory facilities and other work contents assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above, major in electromechanical, electric, and HVAC professional is best;

More than 5 years’ experience in maintenance and management of plant facilities, pharmaceutical or biological industry will be preferred;

Have new factory construction or decoration construction experience will be preferred;

Good knowledge of Cleaning room and GMP facility management;

Skilled capability of operating AutoCAD, Microsoft Office software ;

Good Oral and written English is better;
