　　SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Responsible for both product planning and product marketing for all rescue tools and extrication products globally. This includes managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver products to market.

　　REPORTS TO (Title) : Director NA Loose Equipment & Tools

　　ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Continuously identify current product gaps, understand future trends, and translate specific market segment needs into agreed upon plans for product modifications, new products and services.

　　Assure assigned products are equal to or better to competition from a feature function benefit, cost and breadth of line

　　Work closely with sales leaders to ensure they have the tools to deliver budgeted sales and margin targets.

　　Work closely with engineering and manufacturing to ensure product modifications and new products are brought to market on time and on budget.

　　Educating and training of customer base and sales organization.

　　Working closely with operations to identify productivity opportunities within the product segment

　　Execution of pricing strategy ensuring margin targets

　　KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND REQUIRED ABILITIES:

　　Communication ability both verbal and written.

　　Product knowledge is a plus

　　High energy strategic thinker.

　　Exceptional Organizational, communication and people skills

　　Confronts and overcomes barriers to successful completion of a task or project.

　　Works well in team environment.

　　Good PC skills to include Microsoft Office Package

　　Ability to learn mechanical and electrical operation of new and existing products.

　　EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

　　Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical degree.

　　Three to five years’ experience in sales, marketing, product management or customer support
