The individual will be a liaison between Benco's traditional sales force and the defined mid-market customers; maintain healthy relationships with assigned DSO's to achieve sales and profitability goals; represent Benco Dental's products and services, as well as manufacture partners' products and services to assigned customers in an ethical manner; and focus mainly on the DSO's headquarters and those key decision makers within the DSO.Do These Responsibilities Interest YOU?Achieves assigned sales goals and profitability goals within assigned National Accounts and Regional Large Accounts assignedCoordinates and facilitates semi-annual business reviews with mid-market regional groups with field territory representativesMaintains high customer satisfaction ratingsPlans and executes Benco Dentals' strategic plan with customersEstablishes productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accountsCoordinates the involvement of Benco Dental personnel, manufacture personnel, support and service, and other resources to maintain and grow business opportunities for Benco Dental. Including coordination of Regional personnel to meet goals of the customerInvolved in strategic planning process as related to Benco Dentals' Strategic MarketsMaintains in strictest confidence the strategic objectives of Benco Dentals' Strategic Markets Department. Including strategic objectives, sales goals and objectives, profit margins, gross margins, customer lists, and other critical informationProactively assesses customer needs; while bringing solutions and solution-based ideas to address customer needsEffectively communicates with all Benco personnel within Benco Dentals' Strategic MarketsDisplays a high sense of urgency to customer's needs, and other requested informationContinually prospect for new customers within the defined mid-market segment of the Dental Group SpaceDo YOU Meet These Requirements?Four-year college degree from an accredited institutionMinimum 5 years sales experience, or like experience in business to business environmentMust have prior dental experience; special markets background/knowledge of special markets is preferredMust have a strong sales backgroundThis position could require extensive travelNegotiation presentation skillsCommunicates effectively with othersProficient in Microsoft Office softwareWho We Are: It's our Mission to Drive Dentistry ForwardBenco Dental, the largest privately owned, full-service dental distributor in the United States, has remained in the family since 1930-a family tha
