　　WAGE RATE:

　　Earn up to \$30.40 dependent on product line

　　Starting wage is negotiable based on previous knowledge/experience

　　A Machine Operator in the Made to Order Value Stream is responsible forproducing a variety of high quality, precision cylindrical plug or ringgages for the gage industry.

　　Essential Job Functions

　　As a machine operator in the Made to Order Value Stream, you will betrained and responsible for the setup, operation, and troubleshooting ofmanual grinding, CNC Grinding/Lathes, Heat Treat and Sand Blastingprocesses that produce the variety of gage products.

　　Your job functions include:

　　Producing products while maintaining daily production totals

　　May be required to maintain diameters at very close tolerances

　　Understanding of basic CNC programming in order to utilize existingprograms for setting up production runs and making modifications ifnecessary. Will be required to perform basic data entry functions.

　　Monitoring part conformance based on blueprint specifications or workorder instructions

　　Will be required to inspect product by utilizing and understandingmeasuring equipment

　　Responsible for maintaining quality production in accordance withcompany standards

　　Responsible for remaking and/or reworking product that does not meetrequired specifications

　　Maintaining established production levels for all operations performed

　　Will be required to input basic data entries using internal computerprogram on daily basis

　　May be responsible for the set up and operation of the Chrome Platingprocesses and procedures

　　May be responsible for the set up and operation of the Heat Treatequipment and processes

　　Follows all company policies, ergonomic standards, and safetyrequirements

　　Perform other duties as required

　　Regular and on-time attendance is required

　　Be at work on time when scheduled to work, and remain at work throughoutthe established work schedule
