  La posición

  Mantener e incrementar las prescripciones de los médicos de forma hibrida para lograr un aumento de participación de mercado en los productos promocionados para alcanzar el objetivo de Market share y crecimiento en su Territorio.

  Tareas y responsabilidades

  Lograr la cobertura médica presencial y virtual de acuerdo a lineamientos de la compañía, cumpliendo con la frecuencia establecida para el logro de objetivo de venta.

  Asegura la adecuada implementación de las estrategias de Mercadotecnia a traves de diferentes canales de comunicación, para la generación de resultados de venta.

  Valida, mantiene y capitaliza de forma correcta el target de mercado asignado para desarrollar el potencial real del médico en cada uno de los productos bajo su responsabilidad.

  Maneja el Modelo Consultivo de Ventas Hibrido y mantener niveles de conocimientoen los productos para construir relaciones solidas con médicos que visita y asi brindar soluciones que satisfagan sus necesidades.

  Requisitos

  Profesionales con título (excluyente) en Licienciaturas de Ciencias de la Salud, Administración de Empresas, Ingenierias o áreas comerciales.

  Experiencia en Atencion a clientes

  Experiencia en Ventas corporativas (deseable).

  Nivel de ingles intermedio (deseable).
