Position Purpose: Set up, break down, clean and maintain the Wicked Easy Camping campsites. Maintain paperwork for reservations, supplies, and equipment for Wicked Easy Camping program. Support ODP logistics coordinator with operational needs throughout the season.
Responsibilities:
Welcome Wicked Easy Camping customers with check in at campsites
Set up and take down campsites based on guest arrival and departure schedules
Maintain gear: washing sleeping bags and liners, cleaning stoves, making sure propane tanks are full, making sure camping gear is clean and in place, making sure each site has proper inventory of gear, communicating with leader when gear is missing or broken
Maintain inventory of supplies. Working with a roster when setting up sites to make sure site is set up for correct number of guests.
Assume additional Logistics support for ODP programming
Education Level: High School or GED
Skills and Qualifications:
Ability to safely set up and take down tents in an organized manner
Licensed driver for 5 years with a clean driving record
Ability to drive a company vehicle and pass L.L.Bean driver license check
L.L.Bean product knowledge, particularly camping and outdoor equipment
High level of customer service skill and focus
Detail Oriented
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of corporate policy and procedure
Willingness to work a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays
