　　Medical Assistant diploma

　　Bilingual in Spanish and English

　　6 months of experience

　　Description:

　　Assisting patients enroll in patient portal

　　Opening and closing the clinic

　　Answers or forwards incoming calls

　　Scheduling and confirming patient appointments

　　Verifying Insurance Information

　　Calls for Medical Records

　　Maintain Patient Flow

　　Notify Back office of Patient arrival in timely manner

　　Updating Patient Charts

　　Skills:

　　EMR, patient care, customer service, appointment scheduling, medical terminology, insurance verification, BLS

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.

　　MUST have MA diploma

　　Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must

　　Minimum of 6 Months of experience is preferred
