Day in the life of a Repair / Calibration service technician

　　In this job, you will be performing (repairs and) calibrations on all kinds of test and measurement products at traceable and accredited levels.

　　This work is done in a team that takes care of good results for our customers, we target to have 95% of all repairs and calibrations back to the customer within 5 working days.

　　As our Eindhoven lab is the main service lab in Europe, we service all customers in EMEA who require service and support on their test and measurement equipment.

　　Responsibilities

　　Performs (repairs and) calibrations at traceable and accredited levels in the workshop in Eindhoven.

　　Responsible for good customer quality

　　Administrative duties as required.

　　Performing hardware and software updates when applicable

　　Help and advise the customer on questions.

　　Your Team

　　In the Eindhoven lab, we have 40 technicians of all kinds of nationalities, it is a great team that with the help of a strong logistic team is managing strong growth and increasing customer satisfaction.

　　Experience

　　Mid to high-level degree in electronics or equivalent.

　　Good communication skills and independence in working.

　　Good in the English language.
