　　Don's Tractor & Equipment Sales is looking for a dedicated and dependable Mechanic Technician!  Come be a part of our team!

　　Our mechanic technician will be responsible for fixing and replacing parts for Holland and New Holland Tractors and other small machinery.  Their duties include repairing mechanical components, diagnosing problems and performing maintenance work on all equipment.  Devise preventative measures to avoid machine breakdown and downtime.  Keep meticulous records of machinery serviced.  Analyze and test components and make adjustments/repairs according to company specifications.
