Job Description Summary

We're looking to hire a Korean speaker for the Remote Site Coordinator

The Remote Site Coordinator (RSC) is responsible for delivering remote facilities services as part of CW’s Remote Site Management service capability within CW’s Manila based Portfolio Services Centre.

CW’s Remote Site Management service provides virtual and remote operational support and facilities coordination services for our client’s sites and operations across the APAC Region.

About the Role

Respond to requests for service and assistance in relation to the assigned sites via phone and/or email

Provide assistance to the on-site Facilities Management team to ensure timely and quality service delivery of requests

Create work orders and assign work orders to multiple technicians, subcontractors and vendors

Answer all incoming phone calls in a timely, courteous, and professional manner Global Occupier Services

Assess client’s needs and guide the client accordingly

About You:

College/bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent

Must have at least 1 year facility management and remote site operational exposures

Highly proficient in spoken and written Korean and English

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferably with familiarity in BPO set-up
