　　Requirements

　　Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills:Completed 12 semester hours of college training in a mental health related field or has at least a high school diploma or equivalency and 6 months of formal training in mental health or a related field.Must be at least 21 years of age at time of hire.Experience with adults in residential and/or community settings is preferred.
