Description:

　　• Assist with staffing new referrals and assigning coverage visits

　　• Conduct necessary follow-ups with pharmacies, physicians, and patients

　　• Maintain records in the appropriate systems

　　• Handle incoming calls from patients and nurses’ shifts, providing professional and courteous assistance.

　　• Actively listen to callers, accurately gather relevant information, and document details in our system.

　　Skills:

　　MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE within Specialty Pharmacy or Home infusion

　　Preferred LPN or RN experience

　　Infinity Infusion Nursing

　　Attention to detail

　　Healthcare experiece and terminology

　　Must have 2+ years of scheduling experience
