We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Driver's Helper to join our team. As a Driver's Helper, you will assist the delivery driver with loading, unloading, and delivering goods to our customers. You will ensure that deliveries are made in a timely and efficient manner while providing excellent customer service. Must be able to use a handtruck.

salary: $18 - $20 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Assist driver with the loading and unloading of goods from the truck.

Help navigate delivery routes and assist with directions when needed.

Ensure proper handling and care of merchandise during transportation.

Communicate with customers during deliveries to ensure satisfaction.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck.

Adhere to company safety standards and protocols.

Assist with completing necessary paperwork, such as delivery receipts or invoices.

Report any delivery issues or delays to the driver and supervisor.

The essential functions of this role include:

wearing steel toe shoes

manual lifting up to 50lbs

working up to 20 hrs of overtime per week
