　　Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Marine Flat Welders for projects located in the Tacoma, WA area . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $28-30/hour based on experience and skill level. 　　Job Scope:

　　Repair work on fishing vessels

　　Perform various welding tasks to join fabricate and repair the structural components of vessels ensuring integrity and safety

　　Prepare and complete work on materials by welding cutting grinding and cleaning metal

　　Requirements:

　　Must pass background check and 5 panel drug screen

　　Must previously been certified to AWS D1.1 standards within the last 2 years

　　Must be proficient in both SMAW & FCAW in 3G, and 4G positions

　　Must pass weld test
