The Enterprise Program Manager Director will be responsible for overall business unit product roadmap, planning and solutions delivery. The individual will ensure the solution in holistic, scalable and will accomplish the long term strategic objective of the Enterprise. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay range for this position is $123,000 to $180,000.
What you’ll do:
Defining, prioritizing, and managing multiple development projects that improve, integrate, and automate business processes.
Developing product roadmap and technology strategies in conjunction with Strategy Teams..
Analyzing complex business requirements and developing detailed solutions.
Leading projects and initiatives by leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodology.
Implementing strategies geared towards operational excellence.
Interviewing and hiring of employees. • Evaluating and establishing program priorities in line with the business objectives.
Guiding execution of proposed continuous improvement initiatives.
Participating in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities.
Leading team discussions to gather feedback, analyze risk and compare the benefits of different approaches to align existing offerings.
Monitoring and managing to key performance indicators for delivery, revenue and margin.
Engaging as a key participant in the business development process.
Leading risk assessment efforts during the proposal process and recommending appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
Ensuring business impact and project objectives/dependencies are identified, reported on and managed at all times
Providing expertise to mentor internal staff and business partners.
Conferring and advising team members on administrative policies and procedures, technical problems, priorities, solution approaches, troubleshooting, and methods.
What you’ll need:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent job experience in business intelligence, reports development, data analysis, data integration or information management.
Five (5) or more years Business Systems Analyst, Product Management experience, training and/or certification.
Two (2) plus years in a leadership role.
