　　Electrical Engineer Job Duties Include:

　　· Design, analyze, and simulate circuits consisting of sensors, embedded controllers, and actuators in safety critical applications.

　　· Interpret and develop system level requirements into controls and component level requirements.

　　· Perform verification of hardware using electronic lab equipment.

　　· Develop acceptance and qualification test plans and procedures for instrumentation sensors.

　　· Perform data-driven, root cause analysis of component anomalies and nonconformities

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical, Systems, or Electrical Engineering

　　Demonstrated experience in design of systems with closed loop control where performance of sensors and actuators over the range of environmental conditions is critical.

　　Solid understanding of system engineering lifecycle of sensors and controls to include requirements, design, development, system integration, test and qualification.

　　Experience creating sensor subsystem documentation, including test plans, drawings, and verification/validation reports.

　　Due to the nature of the work U.S. Citizenship is required

　　Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

　　Specific, direct experience with thermocouple and RTD temperature measurement devices

　　Experience with structured requirements documentation systems such as DOORs or Jama

　　Knowledge of Military, NASA, and JEDEC specifications and requirements related to electronic components

　　Familiarity with DO-254, DO-160, DO-178, ARP4754 and/or other development assurance guidelines

Salary guidelines for similar roles at Belcan are $100,000 to $145,000. Guidelines vary based on many factors, including but not limited to education, qualifications, experience, discipline, geographic location, market and business considerations.
