Job Overview:
As a Remote Customer Service Associate, youâll be responsible for assisting homeowners, escrow companies, realtors and REO institutions via telephone and e-mail. You will provide feedback to Community Management staff, as well as assist residents regarding unit and community information.

Job Responsibilities:
Take inbound/outbound calls from homeowners/residents of rental properties, realtors, REO institutions and respond in a timely mannerProvide residents with service information and submit work orders as neededCoordinate with CM's and Associates regarding unit and community informationResearch information using internal software, available resources and knowledge data baseVerify and update customer information*Open availability required for Customer Care Center hours
