We welcome new ideas and sharea passion for excellent service to our customers and each other. Due togrowth, we are adding this Rebate Account Specialist II to our RebateOperations department. We are unable to offer remote work to residentsof Alaska, Hawaii, Maine, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Mexico, NorthDakota, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, West Virginia, andWyoming. The Rebate Account Specialist II is responsible for analyzing,understanding and implementing PBM to GPO and pharmaceuticalmanufacturer rebate submission and reconciliation processes. Thisindividual will work closely with the Manager of Rebate Operations toensure complete, accurate and timely audit of eligible claim data forrebate invoicing. In addition, the Rebate Account Specialist II willwork with the IRC Contracting/strategy team to ensure rebate submissionstandards are met. The Rebate Account Specialist II will also reconcilerebate payments and investigate and resolve any discrepancies. Is thisyou? Find out more below! How do I make an impact on my team? Overseesmultiple complex rebate setups following the batch formulary listingwith minimal oversight Reviews GPO strategy and pharmaceuticalmanufacturer contracts to accurately set up and maintain parameters inthe rebate processing system Submits quarterly rebate reports toapplicable pharmaceutical manufacturers Collects rebate payments frommanufacturer, either directly or through the GPO, on a timely basisaccording to contract terms, and audit these for accuracy Communicateswith Pharma or GPO on payment discrepancies and makes necessary changesin rebate processing system to ensure any errors have been correctedWorks with Finance in the allocation and processing of client rebatepayments Serves as direct contact for drug company representatives orwith IRC Contracting team (GPO issues) in information exchange andproblem resolution Able to read and comprehend client formularies/PAforms as they relate to rebate contracts and GPO strategy. Able toresearch and answer client/contract questions via SR requests Providesmentoring to Rebate Specialist I and feedback on process improvementinitiatives What our team expects from you?
