Our employees impact can take many forms. In this role, the Reliability & Data Engineer will provide engineering support and analysis to meet reliability goals to support the company s mission. Some of the details of the day-to-day include: Provide engineering support and analysis to meet targeted reliability objectives and goals. Drive improvements to system performance via recommendations and trending information. Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain accurate and consistent information for analysis and improvement. Lead after event reviews of major interruption events and problematic circuits and provide recommendations for improvements. Develop, implement, and maintain all existing and new power quality monitoring tools used in tracking and analysis and provide input into power quality investigations. Act as a liaison between OTP business personnel and power quality industry experts. Travel to job sites within SD, ND and MN required typically this will be 4 site visits per month with about 10% of the travel requiring overnight stays.
