JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Watertown Regional Medical Center isseeking a full time Registration Integrity Specialist for the NOC shift.Full time / .8 FTE - 32 hours per week. Requires a weekend and holidayrotation. Registration Integrity Specialists are critical to patients ofWatertown Regional Medical Center as they ensure the patient\'s safetyboth physically and financially. The Registration Integrity Specialistis responsible for providing a variety of order entry, Pre-registration,registration, cost estimates, and basic financial counseling to ourpatients. They will do this while working with patients and clinicsdirectly over the phone in real time. Registration Integrity Specialistswill pre-register accounts by verifying all demographic and insuranceinformation. This position will also enter orders as needed and identifyerrors in order entry to ensure patient safety. They will then proceedto prepare demographic and consent forms for front end staff. Whenapplicable, estimate will also be added to the prepared paperwork. IfEstimate was missed, this person will also create the estimate.Registration Integrity Specialists will backup registration areas asneeded. They will work closely with other departments from the revenuecycle including Patient Accounting, Prior Authorization, andRegistration to ensure patient experience is flawless from start tofinish.
