　　In this position, one will contribute to cutting-edge research studying rare mutations in the immune system that cause severe disease in humans. Working semi-independently with close mentorship and a collaborative team, a technician will conduct various immunology and genetics experiments. 　　Responsibilities

　　Maintain working environment in the laboratory; order supplies as needed; prepare necessary reagents.Conduct human immunology experiments using the following techniques: cell culturepatient blood processingwestern blottingflow cytometryimmunofluorescence microscopyRNA isolationquantitative PCRmolecular cloningCRISPR genome editingAnalyze and interpret experimental data, including the use of Microsoft Excel, graphing software and technique-specific programs.Maintain excellent record keeping and written communication via E-mail.Assist in the preparation of manuscripts and figures for publication and presentation.Collaborate in groups to complete joint projects.Comply with all CU training and compliances as required.Performs related duties & responsibilities as assigned/requested.
