　　Delivery Lead position is responsible for: -Coordinating andfacilitating routines to support delivery -e.g.kick-offs, statusreviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc. -Plansand coordinates delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.-Support Enterprise Change Management Standards -Program level statusreporting and key control indicators -Facilitates dependencymanagement/risk management/impediment removal. -Promotes/facilitatescommunication and collaboration across organizations to supportdeliverable completion and timeline. -Gathers/facilitates status updatesfor the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining todelivery, risks/issues, and schedule. -Ensures that execution is alignedwith deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders.-Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Managementstandards. -Supports resource planning for delivery/execution.-Accountability and Ownership and self-sufficient to be able to workwith minimum guidance

　　Minimum 5 - 7 years of project management experience. Bachelors Degreeor higher, or equivalent experience. Strong strategic thinker and theproven ability to execute. Superior communication skills, ability tonavigate in a matrix management model and influence across multipleorganization levels. Strong relationship management and organizationalskills along with ability to identify and prioritize work load. Willingand able to work after hours when required to support multiple timezones. Acts as the project subject matter expert to support deliverydeadlines, governance routines, cross project dependencies and budget.Formally manages change controls for scope, schedule, and budget targetsto adhere to bank Change Management policies. Ability to effectivelyconvey complex information concisely. Support of program managementtools and techniques in alignment with the bank Change and ProjectManagement Framework. Ability to interact with business leaders,external vendors and internal technology groups Extensive experience ofprocess release management Knowledge of Agile and waterfall softwaredelivery methodology Experience delivering large projects withsignificant impact to multiple lines of business that may havecross-functional or inter-departmental implications. Process-oriented;able to navigate bank policies and procedures

　　Experience with JIRA, ALM, PCM, PPRT, NEXUS, etc. PMP Certified andCertified Scrum Master desired
