Responsibilities The Demand Planning Analyst will support performance management initiatives, provide insight into trends, forecast new item and promotional activity and drive broad based improvements based on this insight. Responsible for measurement of obligations and services provided by our outsourced partners. Responsible for but not limited to; service and financial metrics analysis of outsourced partners, various reporting options and requested analytics, forecasting. Weekly & monthly, recurring reports, on a timely & high quality basis. Serve as the SME on reporting & analytics systems and support newer members of the team. Responsible for small projects within the logistics department. Serve as backup to other demand chain specialist. Responsible for administrative logistics functions for the department on a limited basis. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education: Bachelors/4 Year Degree. Six Sigma preferred. Experience: 3+ years, Supply and Logistics, Demand Planning, Supply Chain. Strong skills and experience with Excel, Access and other applications. Experience in/with supply and logistics. Ability to manage several projects at a time. Strong oral and written communication skills.
