Bethel University has an immediate opening for a full-time Operations Assistant working in the Registrar's Office.
The successful individual will assist with operational activity associated with the collection, maintenance and dissemination of registrar records for students in traditional programs. Providing clerical and data entry support and customer service to internal and external customers will be an important part of the job.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Providing basic clerical support including answering incoming phone calls, producing reports, assisting with walk-in traffic and providing customer service and supporting the Registrar's office functionsEntering data from source documents into the computerReviewing and entering enrollment application dataProcessing add/drop requests, re-admissions, graduation applications and enrollment verificationsMay perform transfer credit evaluations and solve registration issuesMaintain/process filesProcess AP and CLEP scoresMay take room reservations, order supplies, coordinate advisors, verify class rosters, and perform academuc schedule updatesAssist with student manual revisionsMay generate letters of good standing to other colleges and universities
