　　Job Summary and Qualifications

　　We are seeking a Registered Nurse Quality Management for our facility to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. 　　What you will do in this role:

　　You will need to demonstrate advanced skill sets in spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation software applications.

　　You will assist with proactive patient safety activities to help create facilities that are high reliability organizations, as reflected in reduced errors, elimination of unsafe processes, and increased involvement of staff and physicians toward a culture of safety.

　　You will utilize problem-solving methodology; serious event analysis (SEA) /root cause analysis (RCA); and/or Failure, Mode, Effects & Criticality Analysis (FMECA) as appropriate.

　　You will perform regular analysis of facility quality and risk performance data, and plan steps based on data analysis for ongoing improvement.

　　What qualification you will need:

　　Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing is required.

　　Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.

　　Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License (Employees with RN Compact License are required to obtain Texas RN License within 90 days of hire date).

　　One-year recent experience in healthcare and/or Quality/Patient Safety/Risk Management required.

　　Strong critical thinking skills required.

　　Prior experience with Excel software and analyzing patient data preferred.
